  • Lead Epic-based integration implementations, workflow optimizations, and interoperability strategies to maximize enterprise adoption and platform utilization.
  • Work closely with health system CIOs, CMOs, and IT leadership to align our platform with their strategic priorities and regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct technical product demonstrations, workshops, and deep-dive sessions tailored to the needs of conventional health systems.
  • Bridge the gap between sales, product, and implementation teams, ensuring seamless handoff from pre-sales discussions to enterprise adoption.
  • Advise health systems on optimization strategies for our technology integrated to their existing Epic investment to accelerate whole-person care transformation.
  • Develop customized Epic playbooks and integration roadmaps, ensuring rapid adoption with minimal operational disruption.
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, and commercial teams to enhance our platform’s Epic connectivity capabilities.
  • Translate Epic configuration, workflows, and interoperability into scalable growth strategies that drive provider and patient engagement.
  • Support RFPs, proposals, and strategic sales initiatives, ensuring technical credibility and alignment with customer objectives.
  • Stay ahead of Epic’s evolving landscape, proactively advising both internal teams and customers on industry trends, regulatory shifts, and interoperability advancements.
  • Influence long-term account expansion by positioning our platform as a mission-critical component of a health system’s Epic ecosystem.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to enterprise customers, navigating Epic’s evolving landscape to drive long-term platform engagement.

What You Bring to the Table:

  • 8+ years of experience as an Epic partner manager, or in Epic implementations, technical consulting, or EHR sales engineering.
  • Epic Certifications (Ambulatory, MyChart, Care Everywhere, or other relevant modules), preferred.
  • Deep understanding of Epic's interoperability, workflow optimization, and enterprise-level integrations.
  • Proven ability to articulate technical solutions in a business-friendly way to executive stakeholders.
  • Experience supporting health IT sales teams with pre-sales expertise, RFPs, and customer-facing engagements.
  • Strong knowledge of US-based health care, population health, and operational priorities within traditional health systems.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Collaborative mindset, able to work across sales, product, and implementation teams to drive deal success.

  • Additional Preferred Skills & Expertise:
  • Deep understanding of whole-person care models, and health system transformation trends.
  • Knowledge of other large enterprise EHRs like Meditech, Oracle Health, NextGen Healthcare etc would be a benefit.
  • Experience integrating Epic with emerging healthcare technologies, AI-driven solutions, and patient engagement platforms.
  • Background in health IT consulting, enterprise sales engineering, or growth strategy roles within a tech platform.
  • Process improvement expertise (Lean Six Sigma or similar methodologies).
