** Annual Salary range is $85,000-$100,000 (based on experience) with additional compensation in the form of a bonus. **

We’re looking for a Senior Paralegal with strong attention to detail who has experience working within the entirety of the contract life cycle as a paralegal within a law firm or in-house legal department.

Your role here
 

From Day 1, you will assume a wide range of responsibilities, all of which will require expertise in contracting. The position requires strong initiative to take on work not assigned and act independently on detailed instructions; must be able to work in a team environment (be receptive to, and willing to challenge, other viewpoints) as well as be an individual contributor; must possess a high level of integrity and professional demeanor; must be discrete with confidential and proprietary information; should demonstrate good judgment, as well as the ability to remain focused and flexible and assist other areas of the legal department with unrelated and related tasks. #LI-remote
 

Your experience and background

• Experience with contracts and contract management, corporate transactions, database organization, and both sales-side and procurement agreements.

• Manage/facilitate the end-to-end contracting process, including contract design, drafting, contract approval process, submission of contract drafts to internal partners for review, handling the redline process with vendors and approved contract execution.

• Create and maintain standardized templates, checklists, guidelines, best practices and workflows to support contract negotiation workflows.

• Exposure to and/or experience with the litigation process is considered a plus.

• Superior organizational skills and ability to follow through, keeping internal partners informed on progress and timing of the performance of services.

• Must have the ability to identify and assess risk and communicate effectively with internal team members, business partners, and outside counsel.

• 5-7+ years’ experience as a paralegal required

• B.A./B.S. degree

• Paralegal Certificate and/or Notary Public a plus, but not a requirement
