- Proven phone skills

- Knowledge of SalesForce.com or similar tool

- 1+ years(s) of experience working in an Order Management function in a large, corporate setting, or similar experience
- Global, publicly traded organization experience
- Bachelors’ degree
What will you be doing in this role?...
- Responsible for on time billing with accuracy, data requests needs to be completed with expected level of accuracy following the contracts, SOWs and instructions received
- Act as the first point to get into process complexities and support the peers in providing help
- Emails/Queries are responded on a timely and professional manner and ensure all escalations are handled timely keeping the management informed
- Maintenance of SOPs, timely recording of client exceptions to avoid any issues and observations within the process
- Collaborate internally with colleagues and all key stakeholders like sales, legal, cash application, accounting team, etc. to maintain a positive working relationships
- Highlight process challenges and any deviations on a timely manner to the management
- Provide Support to business/management for various ad hoc tasks assigned from time to time
- Maintain best practices in the team and continuously striving for learning new billing tasks, skills etc.

Under the guidance of our Global OMB Sr. Director, we work collaboratively as a tight-knit group, despite being spread across multiple time zones and regions. Our team is committed to achieving global process alignment and driving continuous improvement. By working together and leveraging our unique strengths, we strive to deliver exceptional results for our customers and stakeholders.
Hours of Work
This is a full-time, hybrid position working out of one of our Ann Arbor office location
