We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Senior Operations Specialist to join our dynamic team. This pivotal role supports our firm’s executives and partners by managing facilities, nurturing office culture, coordinating events, overseeing office budgets, and providing high-level administrative support. If you're a skilled operations professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys multitasking, this is the perfect opportunity for you!

This hybrid role requires 2-3 days in the office per week. It may also require occasional travel to various office locations and adaptability in working hours per executives' schedules.

We'll Trust you to:

  • Manage Facilities: Manage office maintenance, vendor relationships, and office policies to ensure an efficient workspace.
  • Enhance Culture & Office Experience: Curate a welcoming office environment and organize employee engagement activities.
  • Coordinate Events: Plan and execute internal and external events, such as meetings, Conferences, and client gatherings, managing logistics and budgets.
  • Oversee Budgets: Develop and track office budgets, identify cost-saving opportunities, and provide reports to executive leadership.
  • Provide administrative Support: Provide executive support, including calendar management, travel, and document preparation.
  • Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned.

You'll need to have:

  • 5+ years of experience in an operations or administrative support role, preferably within a corporate environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software applications.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Demonstrated experience in budget management, facility management, or coordination is a plus.
