Job Description

Location : Hyderabad

Shit Timings : 5:30pm to 2:30am

Key Responsibilities:

• Process Optimization: Continuously assess and improve operational processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Team Coordination: Lead and coordinate activities within the operations team to ensure seamless execution of tasks and projects.
• Issue Resolution: Proactively identify and address operational issues to minimize disruptions.
• Resource Management: Optimize allocation and utilization of resources to meet operational demands.
• Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on operational performance and financial reporting, including insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Compliance: Ensure adherence to relevant regulations and standards in all operational activities.
• Change Monitoring: Track organizational changes for accurate reporting and scheduling.
• Knowledge Transfer: Facilitate the transfer of knowledge to customers and stakeholders for successful ongoing operations.
• Documentation Management: Create and maintain documentation, including SOPs, process flows, and skills matrices.
• Problem Identification: Anticipate potential service-related issues and propose effective solutions.
• Data Management: Work with various data formats (Excel, .csv, Access, SQL) to generate insightful reports, including financial forecasts.
• Process Automation: Identify and propose opportunities for automation to enhance operational efficiency.
• Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously and establish priorities to achieve business objectives.
• System Integration: Analyze data from newly acquired companies to support system integration.
• User Acceptance Testing (UAT): Conduct UAT for various systems to ensure functionality and performance.
• Collaboration: Work with team members and external parties to resolve Jira issues in accordance with defined SLAs.

Communication:

Communicate effectively with leadership and managers to scope, develop, test, and implement reports and conversions. Maintain ongoing communication with managers to ensure project timelines are met. Collaborate with stakeholders through various communication channels (phone, video, Slack, email) throughout the conversion process.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

• 7-9 years of experience in operations management or related field.
• Strong proficiency in MS Excel and advanced Excel skills.
• Experience in financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Familiarity with month-end close processes and invoicing.
• Understanding of Quote to Cash concepts and revenue recognition principles.
• Knowledge of professional services activities and related administrative tools (PSA).
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent written, oral, and presentation skills.
• Solutions-focused with a creative approach to problem-solving.
• Strong adaptability and ability to navigate change effectively.
• Exceptional attention to detail in task and documentation management.
