As a Senior Operations Relationship Manager, you will be tasked with establishing, developing, and maintaining senior executive-level operational relationships with top intermediary customers. You will represent American Funds to ensure effective operational trading and resolve issues. You will have primary ownership of the operational relationships for a defined set of firms. In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital’s annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
