About This Role:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Operations Manager to join our team reporting to our Director of Operations. This role will help develop and implement corporate dashboards for our Sr. Management team to increase visibility and help drive our continuous improvement initiatives for the entire Operations team. The role will work in partnership with multiple channel owners to make sure department goals are consistently met. Advising channel owners on growing and optimizing their businesses by making data-driven, actionable recommendations that help them achieve their long-term strategic priorities. Leverage advanced SQL skills to query from data warehouses and conduct in-depth data analysis. Develop data visualization and dashboards using tableau or another data visualization tool.

What You'll Do:
- Establish and maintain a set of corporate dashboards
- Determine appropriate measurements for each department in partnership with channel owners.
- Detailed documentation of definitions and queries to establish definitive numbers to be used companywide for consistency
- Develop processes and tools to report on performance.
- Lead ad hoc projects to drive process improvement and automation.
- Provide operational support for the Operations team by establishing and tracking KPIs and evaluating performance against targets.
- Provide internal management and external programs with clear and actionable recommendations for process improvements and adjustments
Must Haves:
- 2-3 years of experience in operations, with a strong background in financial modeling and data analysis
- Strong skills in communication, project and time management, writing, and presenting, with the ability to confidently engage with senior management.
- Expert knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel).
- Exceptional business judgment with the ability to create sound frameworks to drive decisions and organizational alignment
- Effective research and problem-solving skills, and the ability to multitask
Nice to Haves:
- Additional experience in management consulting, finance, business operations, or analytics is a plus.
- Experience with Salesforce.com, SQL, and reporting tools (Tableau) is a plus.
- Management/Supervisory experience is a plus
