Your Team
As a Senior Operational Supplier Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in the Operational Supplier Management team (OSM). In this position, you will collaborate with your colleagues to manage the short-term Materials Availability Performance of our suppliers, ensuring they deliver and execute in accordance with existing agreements.
The team consists of members who bring valuable experience to the table, yet they are still on their journey of growth and development. Your responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for Supply Chain Management, liaising with both suppliers and internal customers.

Actively participate in cross-functional procurement teams, representing OSM, and contribute to supplier improvement projects alongside the Sourcing Manager and Quality Engineer.

Manage master data for your supplier categories, ensuring smooth supply chain operations, and take a central role in managing supplier relationships in partnership with the Sourcing department.

Proactively oversee a portfolio of items, analyzing supply trends and translating them into concrete actions to address potential issues, optimize replenishment strategies, and enhance logistics.

Coach and train suppliers to improve their maturity level and ensure the correct use of Vanderlande's systems, processes, and tools.

Drive process improvements using LEAN methodologies such as 4C/A3/8D problem-solving techniques and participate in departmental projects.

Analyze and report on Materials Availability, understanding the logic of Materials Requirements Planning and its dependencies with other supply chain processes. Regularly update key interfaces on status, progress, impact, and performance.
Your profile

Bachelor's degree, preferably in Logistics or Supply Chain Management (or equivalent)

5-8 years relevant experience in logistics / supply chain management / sourcing (preferably in Procurement & Supply Chain processes in a high-tech, low-volume production environment)

Experience in material planning and with ERP systems, preferably JDE/Oracle

This position offers a competitive salary range between € 4.100 and € 5.500 gross per month (excluding 8% holiday allowance) and the ability to grow. On top of your fixed salary, you’ll receive the following secondary benefits:
