In this role, you will contribute to the growth of our Enterprise Voice & Messaging platforms, offering SIP Trunking, Global DID’s, SMS Messaging, and powerful APIs to businesses of all sizes. Our diverse client base includes startups, established companies, financial institutions, universities, marketing agencies, delivery apps, government agencies, and more.
Key Responsibilities
As a Senior NOC Engineer, your duties will include:
- Monitoring and managing network operations for maximum performance and uptime
- Troubleshooting and resolving network and system issues escalated from lower-level engineers
- Performing network maintenance, upgrades, and configuration changes
- Implementing and enforcing network security measures
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient network operations
- Participating in on-call rotation and responding to incidents in a timely manner
- Developing and maintaining documentation of network processes and procedures
- Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of network protocols and technologies (SMPP, TLS, SS7 TCP/IP,VPN)
- Experience with network monitoring tools.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills (Wireshark, Trace Analyser)
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Strong attention to detail
- Effective communication and collaboration skills
- Experience with SMS & Voice Switches (Alaris SMS)
