Senior Network Implementation Analyst(Hybrid)
Job Summary
We are seeking a Senior Network Analyst to join our managed solutions team, focusing on implementing and maintaining complex network environments for datacenter clients. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in networking technologies, strong troubleshooting skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic and high-demand environment.
What you’ll be doing
- Implement, migrate, and manage network infrastructure for high-availability environments
- Lead technical projects related to data center and enterprise networking
- Troubleshoot and resolve advanced networking issues, ensuring minimal downtime
- Work closely with clients to gather technical requirements and implement tailored solutions
- Document configurations and provide training to operational teams
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during and after project deployment
What we’ll expect from you
Experience:
- Experience in network engineering, with a focus on working on large-scale or enterprise-level environments.
- Experience with advanced configurations on enterprise-grade switches and routers, including:
- QoS (Quality of Service) for traffic prioritization and bandwidth management
- MPLS (Multiprotocol Label Switching) for efficient and scalable network traffic engineering
- VRF (Virtual Routing and Forwarding) for network segmentation and multitenancy
- High Availability Protocols, such as HSRP, VRRP, and GLBP
- IPsec and VPNs for secure communication between data centers and remote offices
- Strong understanding of hardware lifecycle management, including firmware upgrades, backups, and device migrations.
Core Networking Knowledge:
- Advanced understanding of routing protocols (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP) and switching (VLANs, STP, Trunking)
- Experience with firewalls and security appliances (Fortinet, Palo Alto, or Cisco ASA)
- Proficiency in network troubleshooting tools
- Knowledge of load balancers and WAN optimization solutions (F5, Citrix, Kemp, etc.)
Network Monitoring and Automation:
- Familiarity with monitoring tools (Nagios, Zabbix, or PRTG)
- Experience with network automation tools (Ansible, Python, or Terraform is a plus)
Language Skills
- Advanced English (mandatory) – capable of leading discussions, writing documentation, and delivering technical presentations
- Basic to intermediate Spanish – able to handle simple conversations
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, or a related field.
- Postgraduate studies or specialized courses in networking are a plus.
Preferred Skills:
- Cloud networking experience (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud)
- Certifications such as CCNA/P, CCIE, JNCIP, or similar are highly desirable
