Key Responsibilities

Senior System Engineer Role: The Senior System Engineer is responsible for managing and maintaining the company’s IT systems, ensuring their reliability, security, and performance. This role involves working with various technologies to support business operations and providing advanced technical support. Key Responsibilities:
• • Design, configure, and maintain IT systems, including servers, storage, and virtualization environments.
• • Ensure the availability, performance, and security of IT systems to support business operations.
• • Troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues, minimizing impact on business activities.
• • Implement and manage backup, recovery, and disaster recovery solutions.
• • Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure seamless integration and operation of systems.
• • Document system configurations, maintenance procedures, and operational guidelines.
• • Provide advanced technical support and guidance to IT staff and end-users.
• • Keep abreast of the latest technologies and industry trends to continually enhance system capabilities.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in network engineering, with a focus on complex network environments.
• Strong expertise in network protocols and technologies, including TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, and MPLS.
• Proven experience in managing and configuring routers, switches, and firewalls.
• In-depth knowledge of network security practices and tools.
• Exceptional troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong project management skills and the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Relevant certifications, such as CCNP or CCIE, are highly desirable.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and challenges.
