We are looking for an experienced Senior .NET Developer to join our team and contribute to building cutting-edge enterprise solutions for medium and large customers. You will work closely with the Research & Development team, adopting new ideas and innovations while also mentoring and coaching team members to enhance their technical skills.

Experience and education:
- Strong architectural understanding with experience in mentoring and coaching developers;
- Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Cybernetics, or a related technical field.
What you need to succeed:
- Expertise in legacy Webnimbus stack (legacy .NET TS technologies like TS framework, heavy SQL Server, etc.);
- Strong knowledge of OOP and web technologies;
- C#, .NET 4.8+, ASP.NET/ASP.NET MVC;
- JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and experience with React, Angular, or Vue;
- Visual Studio 2017/2019, IIS, NGINX;
- MS SQL Server (T-SQL, Reporting Services, SQL Profiler);
- Experience with Entity Framework (EF), Reflection;
- Experience with Azure DevOps, TFS, Git, Subversion, or any version control system;
- Familiarity with design patterns and best coding practices;
- Strong knowledge of secure software development practices (e.g., OWASP);
- Ability to analyze, propose, and drive architectural improvements.

- Mentor and coach junior and mid-level developers to improve their technical skills;
- Ensure secure software development by applying best security practices;
- Identify bottlenecks and bugs, devising solutions to address them efficiently;
- Conduct code reviews and recommend improvements to ensure code quality and security;
- Propose innovative ideas and technical improvements within an agile team environment.
