Our Ways of Working Principles:
We believe that most of us do our best work when we work together, but we know that everyone works in different ways, and quite frankly, has other commitments and responsibilities outside of work.
As we further adjust to hybrid working, we want to take what we've learnt from working remotely and keep the flexibility that's enabled us to thrive and keep driving our business forward.
We have some core principles which support us in this:
Do what’s right
Trust & give permission
Delivery matters
We understand ways of working can look different based on your role, team and you as an individual so we are here to support and discuss this with you during the interview process.

- Create engaging, high quality assets for marketing campaigns including YouTube, outdoor, digital display, emails, social media posts, and more
- Manipulate imagery to allow it to work across numerous platforms
You'll be a great addition to the team if you:
- A creative portfolio of work to wow us with your application (we love animation and motion graphics!)
- An in depth knowledge of After Effects and the rest of the creative suite
- Figma
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build great relationships with our wider teams, collaborating closely with the Account Executives and Paid Media Managers on creative ideation and execution in pursuit of truly effective content, advertising, and strategy
- Comfortable managing multiple tasks within a fast-paced environment where deadlines land simultaneously

- Developing and executing both large and small creative briefs to a high standard
- Providing ideas, copy and visuals for campaigns, packaging, customer marketing and digital channels
- Project managing briefs all the way through the creative process
