What You Will Do
- Independently conduct product & market research projects for transport products for both customers and drivers: usage and attitude study, usability testing, market sizing, concept testing, market analysis, etc, from research scoping to influencing the stakeholders’ decision.
- Build relationships with stakeholders, understand the business problem, and translate the problem into the relevant research activities. Integrate data sources and analytic processes to produce meaningful and high-quality insights.
- Problem-solving will be your daily task, finding loop holes in the system and seeking creative solutions to improve our product/business/marketing strategy.
- Advocate a consumer-centric mindset and metrics to their stakeholders through persuasion, influence, and inclusion to deliver insights that would inspire and spark actions.
What You Will Need
- Have experience in the field of Market and Product Research
- Great project management skills in designing, executing, and delivering research independently from start to finish
- Have intermediate to advanced skills in qualitative research and have basic knowledge of quantitative research methods (having storytelling skills is a plus point)
- Understanding in especially marketing and branding processes, business, product management, design strategy, and data team so that be able to collaborate effectively with those teams
- Data-Driven Decision Making: prioritize using data to inform their decisions, relying on thorough analysis to guide strategies and actions.
- Critical Thinking: Encouraged to question assumptions, identify patterns, and draw insightful conclusions from complex data sets (both qualitative and quantitative).
- Creative Problem-Solving: looking for ideas elsewhere and thinking outside the box when necessary, exploring multiple perspectives in problem-solving
- Self Starter: Ability to operate in a self-directed culture and fluency in navigating uncertainty
- Finds doing research, discussion, and brainstorming as fun activities!
