Role: Senior Mobile User Acquisition Specialist

The Opportunity

Join our mobile user acquisition team as an experienced Mobile User Acquisition specialist to help lead our user acquisition strategies. The ideal candidate will have an data-driven analytical mindset and a strong understanding of the mobile apps ecosystem across iOS and Android. You will be responsible for the planning, execution, optimisation, and scaling of user acquisition campaigns across various mobile ad platforms to drive our app's growth.

Responsibilities

  • Design, execute and optimise user acquisition strategies across different mobile ad platforms such as Google, Facebook, Apple Search Ads, TikTok, Snap, etc., to drive app installs and meet our KPIs
  • Monitor and analyse ad performance data to optimise campaigns, ensure KPIs are met and identify new growth opportunities
  • A/B test creative assets and ad copy, analyse results and apply insights to improve campaign performance.
  • Collaborate with the design team to create high-performing ad creatives tailored to mobile platforms
  • Manage relationships with external partners and vendors, negotiate deals and contracts to maximise ROI
  • Collaborate with the product and analytics teams to understand user behaviour and refine user acquisition strategies

What You Bring

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in performance-based user acquisition or mobile marketing, ideally in a high-growth mobile app environment.
  • Understanding and experience with deep funnel conversions and performance marketing patterns is a must.
  • Proven track record of managing, optimising, and scaling user acquisition campaigns across multiple mobile ad platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset. Experience with mobile attribution tracking tools (like AppsFlyer, Adjust, etc.) is a must.
  • Deep understanding of mobile ad metrics (CPI, CPA, CAC, LTV, ROI, etc.).
  • Strong knowledge of A/B testing, cohort analysis, and ROI analysis.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
