Core Responsibilities
Bring your passion for Membership & Personalisation to build direct and long-lasting relationships with consumers and shoppers and help us inspire more builders of tomorrow!
- Facilitate the comprehensive planning and execution of LEGO Insiders membership campaigns across branded channels and retail partners.
- Assist in developing and delivering centrally driven 'core' campaigns to boost membership acquisition and activation.
- Plan and develop target audiences for campaigns, aligning with strategic member segments and CRM strategies.
- Set and track success measures for campaigns, providing progress reports.
- Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure effective campaign delivery and performance.
- Co-ordinate campaign timelines and key events and manage communication by providing regular updates.

The Senior Membership Campaign Planning Specialist plays an important role in transforming membership at the LEGO Group by planning and integrating campaigns to attract and activate key audiences for LEGO Insiders. . Join the ambitious Membership & Personalisation team in Global Marketing, reporting to the Director of Membership Campaigns and Marketing.

We are looking for a candidate who has:
- Experience of campaign planning in a global/matrix business
- Experience in navigating and building support among diverse groups within a global company
- Strong structured problem solving & communication capabilities
- Excels at communicating with senior stakeholders (written & oral); able to convey simple recommendations based on solid foundation
- Experience working in a global multi-cultural manufacturing company with a complex channel mix (D2C and B2B)
