Position Purpose: Responsible for coordinating the block-transfer of members from a terminating provider entity to a current contracted provider within mandated state regulatory timelines.
- Customizes and designs mass transfer forms and then transform forms to the on-line form, which dictates the details of each rollout involved in the transferred group
- Creates the Mass Transfer screens used by Health Net and new providers that capture and therefore transfer the membership information involved to the appropriate database
- Oversees the editing and certification of exception reports from the mass transfer rollout
- Directs and coordinates mailing of the Facilities and Distribution Services (FDS) requests, which are utilized to fulfill the mailings to membership
- Provides training and supervision of associates on assignment to the mass transfer unit
- Sets-up, processes, and facilitates corrections of mass transitions of membership data
- Creates ad-hoc on-line job aide to assist phone representatives incoming calls from the field
- Other duties as assigned by management
Education/Experience: High school diploma or equivalent. 2+ years of experience as a Mass Transfer Administrator or related equivalent experience in a customer service environment. Thorough knowledge of Health Net policies and procedures regarding provider transfers.
Pay Range: $18.66 - $31.73 per hour
