About the Role
We seek a Senior Marketing Technology Specialist to create email campaigns and Marketing Journeys with advanced dynamic email templates and landing pages. The candidate should have at least 5 years of hands-on experience with HTML (5), CSS, scripting languages like JavaScript, template languages like Jinja, and JSON payloads.
What You Will Do
- Manage the Marketing platforms (B2C) including Simon Data and Simon Mail,
- Work with the business to understand and document the requirements,
- Create dynamic robust email templates for transactional and marketing communication,
- Create datasets and build audience segmentation,
- Create powerful customer journeys, automation, landing pages, and more,
- Consult the business on technical issues regarding email Campaigns /Journeys,
- Identify areas of improvement and make recommendations for new capabilities,
- Build reports, dashboards, and metrics,
- Monitor and validate the integrity of the data.
What You Need
- At least 5 years of experience as a Marketing tools specialist in the B2C marketing area,
- At least 5 years hands-on knowledge of HTML(5), Jinja and scripting,
- Being a curious, independent, rigorous, and proactive kind of person with a can-do attitude,
- Being an excellent team player with strong attention to details,
- Fluent English.
What is Nice to Have
- B.S. degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent preferred,
- Being familiar with the Salesforce ecosystem (Service Cloud, Commerce Cloud),
- Hands-on knowledge of SQL.

- Be willing to travel occasionally (domestic and international travel),
- This role is eligible to work remotely full-time from Poland with occasional trips to the Lodz office location required (this could be on 24-hour notice).
