As we continue to expand our business, we are seeking a curious and passionate individual to join our team as an e-commerce Senior Marketplace Manager UK/US (f/m/d) and drive our business forward. 

What Will Your Role Be

We want to expand our business and our presence on the well-known online marketplaces Amazon, eBay and Co. and are looking for an experienced and results-oriented e-commerce Senior Marketplace Manager UK/US (f/m/d) who wants to make a difference and help take our business in those countries to the next level.  

In this role, you will manage day-to-day operations of Amazon UK/US and ebay UK/US and ensure that our products and content are always relevant and highly visible. You will also be responsible for the strategic development of the markets with aregards to competitiveness, product range, pricing and branding. You will evaluate and pursue opportunities to expand to other relevant marketplaces in those regions. In doing so, you will work closely with our license team, other marketplace managers, the design supply team, product owners and marketing teams, among others, who will support you in your mission.  

What You´ll Do 

• You are responsible for managing daily operations on Amazon UK/ US and ebay UK/US  
• You develop market-specific growth strategies, e.g. to open up new customer groups and improve our competitiveness    
• You regularly analyze and monitor performance metrics and and derive growth potentials
• You stay on top of new requirements and restrictions for your market
• You curate the product range and (print) designs for your marketplace, taking into account demand, seasonality and trends   
• You maintain and optimize our product content for a first-class product presentation and optimal ranking on Amazon and ebay
• You are responsible for setting up, managing and optimizing advertising for Amazon and ebay, e.g. sponsored products, brands and display ads  
• You are a team player and collaborate across our licensing, design, customer service and production teams - always keeping an eye on the success of the business unit  

What You´ll Bring

• You have at least 3 years of professional experience in eCommerce on online platforms and marketplaces, ideally with a focus on Amazon and/or ebay
• You are fluent in English, German is a plus  
• You are familiar with the US and/or British eCommerce market, know the most relevant platforms and peculiarities of customers
• You are an analytical rock star who enjoys working with reports and analyses to derive recommendations for actions
• You are interested in fashion, follow trends and current happenings and have a feel for commercially viable consumer trends  
• You work in a KPI-oriented manner, with a strong focus on SLAs and sales growth  
• You have good communication skills and enjoy writing creative product texts  
• You are proactive and results-oriented, like to take responsibility and have a high level of comprehension and implementation skills  
• You have a degree in business administration, international business, entrepreneurship or similar  

An advantage  

• You have several years of experience on Amazon in the seller model and/or ebay
• You have already gained experience in an eCommerce agency  
• You are familiar with ChannelAdvisor  
• You have knowledge of Amazon PPC and/or pricing  
• You have experience in using relevant tools for online marketplace optimization
