Senior Marketing Specialist - CRM

In this role you will manage the end-to-end execution of retention campaigns as part of the CRM Lifecycle strategy.

Working closely with the Head of CRM on one of three customer lifecycles, this role is responsible for ensuring that campaigns are executed with precision and with the sole purpose of driving growth.

Hybrid, 2 days per week in the office.

Key responsibilities will include:

Manage the end-to-end campaign execution process from ideation, stakeholder buy-in, assets preparation, content creation, business-wide communication, comms deployment and subsequent performance tracking. 

  • Ensure comms across all retention channels are created and personalised accordingly based on customer segment.
  • Conduct constant Test and Learn campaigns for their life stage and incorporate any learnings into future campaigns.
  • Identify the optimal customer selection criteria for their respective life stages.
  • Identify and understand, surface and increase the average lifetime value of customers within their respective life stages.
  • Define and understand the metrics that demonstrate efficiency of lifecycle campaigns. Optimise campaigns in line with this metric.
  • Understand the story behind the numbers and present results and insight to the rest of the business in various forms.
  • Work closely with the analytics team to understand the behaviour of customers and tailor the lifecycle journey accordingly.

What you will bring to the role:

  • Bachelor’s degree qualification in marketing, business administration, related discipline or equivalent work experience.
  • 3+ years’ CRM experience and 5+ years of email marketing.
  • 2+ years’ experience in the gaming industry is highly advantageous.
  • Proven experience of tracking and reporting on campaign and marketing metrics.
  • Proven stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience working on projects in any capacity.
  • Understanding of A/B testing and customer lifecycle management.
  • Copywriting skills.
  • Creative thinking on campaign design and imagery assets.
