As a Senior Revenue Operations Manager (F/M/D) you will be “the maestro” of the go-to-market organisation, setting up, optimizing and streamlining our revenue processes and tech systems across marketing, sales and customer success to enhance the effectiveness of our B2B efforts. You are the sole owner and responsible to build a world-class revenue tech stack, integrating multiple data sources, automating processes, and providing actionable insights to drive our revenue strategy, thus, collaborating closely with our teams to ensure efficiency and alignment.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Technology Orchestration: Evaluate, implement, and maintain tools and platforms that support Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams (e.g., CRM, Website tracking, Automation, BI tools).
  • AI Enablement: Identify opportunities to integrate AI capabilities into existing systems and processes and create efficiency gains. Use AI technologies to automate tasks, gain insights from data and make more informed decisions.
  • Process Optimization: Design and refine end-to-end processes—from lead acquisition to customer lifecycle management - ensuring efficiency, transparency, and alignment across all revenue-generating functions.
  • Data & Analytics: Establish reporting frameworks, monitor KPIs, and deliver actionable insights that inform strategic decision-making. Manage CRM data integrity and ensure accurate forecasting.
  • Revenue Strategy & Planning: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to set revenue targets, develop forecasts, and manage pipelines that reflect our ambitious growth objectives.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Customer Success leaders to streamline handoffs, harmonize data flows, and optimize the customer journey.
  • Performance Optimization: Identify bottlenecks or gaps within the GTM organisation to boost continuous improvements and elevate team performance and revenue attainment.

YOUR PROFILE

  • You have 5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations and Analytics and a proven track record of building a revenue organization (SaaS is a strong plus).
  • You are an entrepreneurial person who is hands-on, likes to take on responsibility right from the start and drive your own projects forward.
  • You have a sound understanding of revenue organisations, KPIs, concepts, channels, tracking, and use of conversion metrics.
  • You are technical savvy and proficient in analytics and revenue automation tools (e.g. Hubspot, make.com, Google Tag Manager, segment, etc.).
  • You have excellent analytical skills, can quickly learn and love to optimize, constantly striving to set new operational standards.
  • You have exceptional communication, stakeholder management, presentation, and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.
  • You are fluent in English (written and spoken C1 level), German is a plus.
  • You show strong ownership and the ability to pivot when things don't go to plan.
