We're looking for a Regional Marketing Manager to develop, execute, and optimise our marketing strategy and activities in Austria and Switzerland. You will play a critical role in driving regional marketing initiatives and will collaborate closely with our European marketing team and the regional Sales organisation.

Your tasks and responsibilities will include:

  • Developing the regional marketing plan for Austria and Switzerland in alignment with overall lead and pipeline generation goals in close collaboration with Sales and other stakeholders
  • End-to-end execution, project management, and monitoring of regional marketing campaigns, including events, trade shows, webinars, email, digital advertising, and direct mail
  • Regular alignment with internal marketing stakeholders to integrate regional insights and needs into the overall marketing strategy, e.g., Content Marketing, Product Marketing, Brand and Communications.
  • Acting as the main point of contact for regional marketing initiatives, ensuring that local market nuances are effectively addressed
  • Reporting on KPIs for all regional marketing activities and providing insights to improve future campaigns
  • Managing the regional marketing budget effectively to ensure optimal ROI


What you need to succeed

  • You are a native German speaker and fluent in English, French would also be beneficial
  • You have 3+ years of experience in Marketing with a background in SaaS or at a forward-thinking technology firm
  • You have a proven track record of developing and executing regional marketing strategies
  • Experience with Marketing Automation tools and CRMs
  • You have an entrepreneurial mindset and are driven by impact, thriving on being measured by results
  • You are comfortable speaking with senior stakeholders and can confidently represent your position in negotiations with external parties
  • You have knowledge and experience working or living in the AT & CH regions and an understanding of the Culture and Region
  • You feel comfortable working in a collaborative environment and managing multiple projects simultaneously
