Catalant, the pioneer of Consulting 2.0, has helped the biggest and best companies use independent consultants for their most important work for over 10 years. More than 30% of the Fortune 500, top PE firms, and leading consultancies partner with Catalant to gain access to highly skilled, experienced business professionals who’ve solved their exact problems before. Over 100k talented independent consultants count themselves as Catalant Experts.

  • Copywriting for various contexts (email, articles, website pages, social media).
  • Facilitate the production process of Expert-written content (articles, reports, etc).
  • Develop or facilitate the creation of articles that support independent consultants’ growth and success on or off Catalant.

  • Social Media/Community Engagement:
  • Develop an understanding of the client audience in partnership with Catalant’s Client Community teams, through Gong, and through other internal research.
  • Keep a pulse on the life of an Expert by observing activity in Slack channels, and following and engaging with Experts on Linkedin.
  • Create and execute posts on Catalant’s LinkedIn company page 2-3 times a week.

  • Email Marketing
  • Own and execute all aspects of email marketing campaigns, from ideation and development of content to audience targeting, testing, and deployment.
  • Develop customer segmentation, targeting, and email communication strategies to maximize the performance of key and target accounts.
  • Own and manage Marketo, including creating and managing segmented audiences, MQL model, Marketing programs, and database compliance.
  • Monitor and analyze key email marketing metrics, including open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates across audience cohorts.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Marketing, Design, Systems, and the Client Community and Practice Community teams to deliver compelling communications.
  • Conduct quarterly surveys and analyze feedback to gather insights and develop actionable outcomes (1 survey per quarter, ad hoc surveys tied to event programs).
  • Run email programs tied to events.

  • Product and Service Launch Support:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch and grow new products and services (ex: landing pages, content, and emails).

Who you are:

  • 5+ years of professional experience in a marketing role(s)
