Why be a Senior Marketing Manager UK & EU for Biossance?

Working with some of the best Beauty retailers in the UK and EU markets you would be representing, delivering and bringing the brand vision and strategy of the Biossance brand to life. You will be negotiating, building and delivering the marketing strategy in it’s entirety to execute in these key markets.

 

What will I be doing as Senior Marketing Manager UK & EU for Biossance?

  • Responsible for planning and implementing the marketing strategy to support the business in the UK & EU regions. 
  • Building the JBP’s with retailers to strengthen go to market strategy on NPD and elevating Core.
  • Managing the marketing support across all channels – Digital, Direct, Paid, Influencer 
  • Analysing performance of key performance metrics for insights into brand performance 
  • Working closely with the Senior NAM to build solid JBP’s and collaboratively drive revenue
  • Building strong relationships with Retailer Marketing teams 
  • Actively Managing the PR agencies in the UK and EU regions 
  • Increase Brand Awareness by driving visibility through strategic PR and influencer partnerships. Work closely with UK & EU PR agency to develop and implement brand plans to include brand events, press coverage and paid and organic influencer content creation  
  • OPEX Management. Efficiently allocate and manage the marketing budget to maximize impact and ensure effective ROI
  • Actively manage the annual marketing budget – feeding back to Regional Director and VP Sales
  • Negotiating on rate cards 
  • Providing strong leadership for the marketing team, managing a direct report to mentor, coach and develop skills.
  • Prioritising and building critical paths to meet all agreed marketing activities and deadlines 
  • Develop full funnel Influencer strategy to increase brand awareness, drive engagement, and deliver against sales targets.  Utilizing a mix of Upper funnel paid influencers, organic for consideration and micro and nano partners for conversion.
