Why be a Senior Marketing Manager EU at LOOKFANTASTIC?

We are investing further in our European territories and building out a world class team from our London HQ. You will have an enormous amount of responsibility and visibility from day one, working directly with the GM for Europe and Marketing Director. The role has a broad remit across all areas of marketing so this will be a great position for someone who likes to have a strategic approach to driving brand awareness and GTM strategy but someone who is able to work closely with channel specialists.

As a Senior Marketing Manager – EU, you’ll:

  • Lead the development of the LOOKFANTASTIC European brand positioning, alongside the General Manager, Marketing Director and Head of Brand Marketing, in support of brand health goals (awareness, consideration, preference etc) 
  • Create a localised go-to-market strategy to drive key marketing KPIs (traffic, revenue, NCA), diversifying current channel mix to support sustainable growth and opportunities to scale efficiently 
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across Trade, Buying, Merchandising and Marketing Channels to develop a localised marketing calendar covering key trading, customer, and brand moments, understanding where a local vs. global approach is needed 
  • Work closely with the Global Head of Marketing, Head of eCommerce to develop the regional marketing budgets and set target KPIs across all channels (e.g. COS, CAC, ROI, Sessions, CVR, AoV etc.) 
  • Lead and develop a small team  


What skills and experience do I need for this role?

  • At least 6 years’ experience in marketing, preferably in a generalist role and/or experience across multiple channels 
  • In-depth knowledge of core marketing channels, ideally across digital (eg paid media, influencer marketing) 
  • Strong commercial acumen with excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights 
  • Line management experience  
  • Proficient in using digital marketing tools and reporting software, such as Tableau, Google Analytics and Excel 
  • Experience working in/across the European Market, with focus on Netherlands and/or Germany 
  • Target driven with a strong commercial understanding and ability to report and make decisions based on marketing KPIs
