Back of House LLC is a fast-growing and unique restaurant technology marketplace & consulting start-up committed to helping restaurant owners/operators. As we continue to expand our reach and impact, we’re looking for an experienced and results-driven Senior Marketing Coordinator to join our team on a contract basis. In this role, you’ll play a key part in shaping and executing marketing strategies that engage our audience, drive brand awareness, and deliver measurable results.

Role Overview

As a Senior Marketing Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing the execution of marketing campaigns, managing cross-functional communication, and ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget. You will work closely with internal teams, vendors, and external partners to develop and implement strategies that elevate our brand, drive customer acquisition, and contribute to overall business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Campaign Coordination & Execution: Plan, coordinate, and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with business goals and target audience needs. This includes both digital and non-digital campaigns.
  • Content Development: Collaborate with the creative team to create compelling content for digital, print, and social media platforms, ensuring consistency across all brand materials.
  • Project Management: Lead marketing projects from concept to execution, managing timelines, budgets, and stakeholder expectations.
  • Market Research & Analysis: Conduct market research to identify industry trends, customer insights, and competitor strategies to inform decision-making.
  • Event Management: Coordinate and support events, conferences, webinars, and trade shows, from planning to execution.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product and design teams to ensure marketing initiatives align with business objectives and product offerings.
  • Performance Tracking & Reporting: Work with product and business intelligence team member to analyze campaign performance metrics, prepare reports, and provide actionable insights to optimize future campaigns.
  • Budget Management: Assist in managing the marketing budget, ensuring efficient use of resources and maximizing ROI.
  • Brand Consistency: Work with design to ensure all marketing materials reflect the company’s brand guidelines and messaging.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a coordination or senior-level role.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Skills:
    • Strong project management skills, with experience using tools like Asana, Trello, or Monday.com.
    • Proficiency in digital marketing and associated platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Mailchimp, HubSpot).
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
    • Solid understanding of social media marketing, SEO, email marketing, and content strategy.
    • Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and brand consistency.
    • Experience in event planning and execution.
    • Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights.
