IXL Learning, developer of personalized learning products used by millions of people globally, is seeking a full-time Senior Marketing Associate to support global consumer marketing efforts for Rosetta Stone, the premier language learning solution.

In this role, you will play an essential role in our consumer marketing efforts, developing creative and compelling marketing campaigns and collateral to drive awareness and conversion. In addition to working cross-functionally with our team to support the US consumer business, you will help support our international growth and localization efforts. The ideal candidate is creative, proactive, a strong writer and communicator, organized, and passionate about our mission to improve learning experiences for everyone. #LI-CC1

This is a full-time position in our San Mateo, CA headquarters office.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

  • Write and develop marketing content, including but not limited to: messaging and positioning documents, emails, web copy, promotional materials, and more 
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team to devise creative ways to reach potential customers and to deepen our engagement with existing users
  • Work with colleagues from various teams, including product managers and graphic designers, to coordinate and implement projects from start to finish
  • Supporting international growth and localization efforts by partnering with in-country experts to create localized content and promotions
  • Coordinate messaging and communication for promotions and product launches, both in the US and internationally

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • BA/BS degree
  • 5-7 years of solid marketing experience in a professional environment
  • Strategic thinking: You are able to consider an idea from all angles, ask smart questions, and make thoughtful decisions that align with company needs and values
  • Written communication: You are an exceptional writer and know how to make every word count
  • Interpersonal skills: You’re a team player, have excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively with people at all levels
  • International mindset: You have an interest in learning about other countries and cultures to support growth in the US and internationally
  • You get things done: You’re a self starter, detail-oriented, organized, resourceful, can manage projects from start to finish and juggle multiple deadlines
  • Experience with Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides

Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The base salary range for this full-time position is $85,000 to $105,000 + benefits. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position. Individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
