About the role

Acquia is seeking a seasoned Senior Marketing Analyst responsible for turning data into actionable insights that drive marketing strategies and decision-making. You will analyze campaign performance, customer behavior, and market trends to identify opportunities for optimization and growth. This role is critical to ensuring data-driven marketing that maximizes ROI and enhances customer engagement. 

What you'll be doing

  • Collect and analyze marketing data from various sources including CRM, web analytics, marketing automation platform, etc) to assess the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives and determine the impact of marketing activities on sales performance
  • Develop dashboards and reports to provide real-time insights into key marketing KPIs, including lead generation, funnel performance, customer acquisition costs, and campaign ROI and standardize methodology for reporting
  • Support marketing optimization efforts by identifying trends, patterns, and areas for improvement across campaigns and channels
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to measure and improve the effectiveness of lead generation, email marketing, social media, content marketing, and other campaigns
  • Conduct customer behavior analysis to provide insights into segmentation, targeting, and personalization opportunities.
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of marketing models, such as lead scoring and attribution models
  • Monitor competitive landscape and market trends to provide context and strategic recommendations to the broader marketing team
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity across marketing tools and databases

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in a marketing or data analyst role in a SaaS company
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Data Analytics, Statistics, or related field
  • Proficiency in marketing analytics, automation and orchestration tools including Google Analytics, Domo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud and CRM, Openprise, 6Sense, etc. and hands on experience integrating these systems with other technologies
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets
  • Clear understanding of marketing funnel and sales lifecycle metrics and conversion optimization
  • Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in reporting and data analysis.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Team player, fast learner
