We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Marketing Analyst with 6-9 years of experience to manage and analyze marketing data, provide actionable insights, and support our internal teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis using CRM and marketing automation tools, excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel, and the ability to communicate complex data findings effectively.

- Develop and Maintain Dashboards: Create and update dashboards and reports to visualize key performance metrics, ensuring clear communication of findings to stakeholders.
- Conduct In-Depth Data Analysis: Utilize data from Leads, Meetings, SQL, and Opportunities to uncover trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
- Ensure Data Integrity: Partner with cross-functional teams to maintain data accuracy and consistency.
- Stay Current: Keep abreast of industry trends, best practices in digital marketing analytics, and fraud prevention to apply the latest strategies and techniques.
We’d love to hear from you, if you:
- Have 6-9 years Experience in marketing analytics with a proven track record of delivering actionable insights and improving performance.
- Have Excel Proficiency: Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, including data manipulation, pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and complex formulas.
- Tool Experience: Proficient in extracting and analyzing data using CRM and marketing automation tools such as Salesforce, Marketo/Hubspot, Google Analytics, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
- Have Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide clear, actionable recommendations.
- Possess Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey findings and recommendations to various stakeholders.
- Are Detail-Oriented: Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy and data integrity.
