Why be a Senior Marketing Activation Executive at THG?
As a Senior Marketing Activation Executive specialising in marketing outside of the UKIE, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, engagement, and sales growth across middle-eastern regions. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to implement effective marketing campaigns, promotions, and initiatives tailored to the unique characteristics and preferences of consumers in these countries.
This position requires a creative thinker with a strong understanding of beauty trends, consumer behaviour, and digital marketing channels.
As a Senior Marketing Activation Executive, you'll:
- Develop and update comprehensive localised marketing calendar(s) outlining weekly/ monthly activation plans and timelines for each region, aligned to the global plan.
- Create localised activation plans for global campaigns, feeding in market relevance to global brand/marketing teams and briefing in relevant needs (eg asset translation).
- Develop and execute cross-channel marketing activations for seasonal / customer events and key trading moments, working with channel leads across social media, email, influencers, affiliates and more.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless execution of marketing activities in each country.
- Conduct regular market research and competitor analysis to identify market trends, consumer behaviours, pricing strategies and promotional activations within relevant beauty markets.
- Analyse market data and insights to inform marketing strategies and campaign development specific to each country.
- Identify and establish strategic partnerships with relevant stakeholders, influencers, and organisations to amplify brand presence and reach.
- Support Global Marketing Manager on negotiating and managing partnerships to maximize mutual benefits and achieve marketing objectives in each market.
- Conduct regular reviews of activation plans and results, identifying areas for improvement and optimisation.
What Skills and Experience do I need?
- Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in marketing activation, campaign management, or brand marketing, with a focus on markets outside of the UK.
- Strong understanding of consumer preferences, cultural nuances, and market dynamics in these countries.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including social media, email, and influencer marketing.
- Creative mindset with a passion for the beauty industry and staying updated on trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
