Job Responsibilities

  • Market Strategy - Lead development and implementation of growth strategy programs such as cross-sell, expansion and competitive displacement programs across GTM teams.
  • Account Strategy: Lead the development of a strategic framework for account classification to bolster expansion and cross-selling, integrating account entitlements and strategies with go-to-market activities for targeted growth.
  • Strategic Alignment: Collaborate with Product Marketing to align account strategies with product strategies, ensuring that go-to-market efforts effectively support product booking targets and drive growth.
  • Market Research Leadership: Support the organization by setting priorities, defining research methodologies, and ensuring timely and accurate delivery of market insights.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth market analysis, tracking industry trends, competitive landscapes, and consumer behavior to identify growth opportunities and potential threats.
  • Strategic Planning: Collaborate with senior executives to develop and refine the company's strategic plan, aligning it with market research findings.
  • Cross functional collaboration: Collaborate and support other teams within the organization communication about data collection efforts, ensuring data quality, and managing research databases.
  • Competitive Intelligence: Monitor and analyze competitors' activities, products, and strategies to inform our competitive positioning.
  • Decision Maker Insights: Identify consumer preferences, needs, and behaviors through surveys, focus groups, and other research methods.
  • Report and Presentation: Create and deliver clear, concise, and actionable reports and presentations based on research findings, targeting different stakeholders.
  • Budget Management: Manage the budget for market research initiatives effectively.
  • Product Enhancement and Strategy: Leverage all market insights to provide product development or engage in product planning.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or a related field; a master's degree is preferred.
  • 5+ years of marketing strategy with a proven track record of leading successful market research projects.
  • Proficiency in market research methodologies, including both quantitative and qualitative research techniques.
  • Excellent project management skills and the ability to manage cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with market research software and tools.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of K-12 industry trends.
  • Strategic thinking and business acumen.
  • Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
