Job Summary
Join our growing Payments business as a senior Market and Product Expansion Associate.
As a Treasury Services Product Sr. Associate in the Payments team, you will be responsible for assisting the India Product manager across TS Product suite (Payment Rails and Liquidity solutions) for JPM India's corporate and new economy clients across various market segments including the large local corporate, subsidiaries of Multinational Corporate relationships across the globe and Non-Banking Financial Institutions (NBFI).
Job Responsibilities

  • Work closely with local Product Managers to draft Business requirements, User stories and perform end-to-end product testing prior to the launch for new/existing product solutions across liquidity and payment rails
  • Work closely with Local and Regional Product, Service, Operations and Technology teams in planning and executing client migration strategy for Payments Modernization projects
  • Work with operations/technology to manage changes in local regulations and ensure timely client communication on the same
  • Work on commercialization decks for product launches / enhancements, product uptake and penetration tracking
  • Support sales in client pitches/ conduct demos, respond to RFP queries and handle all legal / client facing documentation
  • Be proactive in supporting preparation of detailed product process notes, client facing material, FAQs, guides, setup forms, implementation procedures, Service training etc., for new/existing products, including solutions for new economy /eCommerce clients
  • Work with Product managers to track regulatory deliverables and provide updates to control/compliance teams
  • Track business drivers & Revenues and work on presentation decks showcasing capability/roadmap/vision for Senior Management.
  • Be responsible for monthly tracking of Product governance related parameters and reporting to Payments India Head
  • Build and maintain relationships with key partners/stakeholders for Build & Commercialization of TS products
  • Contribute to market management activities like product benchmarking, business investment planning, client connect sessions, product innovation initiatives etc.

  • Excellent communication and writing /PowerPoint skills

  • Knowledge of Cash Management/Digital Payments domain preferred
