Job Summary -
- As a Senior Product Delivery Associate within our Product Delivery Team, you are trusted with enabling the delivery of products in a stable and scalable way.
- You will work with cross-function teams, build key relationships, and enable the product to continuously deliver value.
- You will need to grasp the needs of both internal and external customers to deliver products that enhance client service.
- This role involves collaborating closely with business, design, and technology partners across a complex technology stack.
- This will require a new operating model focused on rapid experimentation, creative collaboration, and efficient testing. Staying informed about the latest service solutions and having a passion for exceptional service are crucial for innovation.
Job Responsibilities:
- Act as a catalyst, educator, and cheerleader for the DCS Transformation agenda.
- Work with agile project teams in the design, development, and management of digital products and services, from early conceptual definition to design and development, through launch and adoption.
- Launch new products and features, test their performance, and iterate quickly.
- Conduct analysis, process mapping, data analysis, and user interviews to define flows, pain points, and needs.
- Capture/document user stories and requirements for development resources.
- Capture/document front-end requirements for UX Design resources.
- Own objective and scope definition and agreement across end-users. UAT / Testing: Manage the UAT of new features, ensuring adequate test criteria and end-user expectations are met. Planning: Track and escalate project milestones, dependencies, and risks to all audiences, including senior stakeholders
- Ensure timely communication of project progress and completion within the DCS Organization.
- Manage conversations with internal stake holders & external vendors for delivery of functionality/testing/connectivity.
- Coordinate the agenda of the team to ensure work is progressing as planned, providing guidance and direction to achieve project goals.
- Promote teamwork and a collaborative work environment. Self-starter and ability to complete work with minimal supervision/management.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- Minimum 3 years of Business Analysis, Test Management and Product Delivery experience
- Strong problem-solving, collaboration, communication, and presentation skills, with proven ability to influence multiple stakeholders without direct authority.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills. Must be able to prioritize workloads, multitask, and react quickly to consistently changing business expectations.
- Knowledge of multiple functional areas, including Product Management, Engineering, UI/UX, Sales, etc.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A track record in working on ambitious strategic and operationally simultaneous complex projects with competing priorities delivered by cross-functional teams.
- Comfortable with Design Thinking framework, lean startup, and familiarity with user-centered practices, UX design, and product ideation.
- Proven analytical aptitude, including the ability to mine and analyses large, complex data sets.
- Familiarity with JIRA and Agile project management methodology, comfortable with managing delivery of functionality and features through development and design sprints.
- Strong problem-solving and problem identification skills to pre-empt obstacles and conflicts.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, team player, with an ability to build effective relationships at all levels of the organization.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- Experience in a Corporate Investment Bank business functions, Global Markets and Research.
- Familiarity with process mapping tools such as Visio/Lucid, with the ability to understand highly complex processes quickly.
