Job Description

Our Testers work with project teams to ensure software quality through systematic test planning, execution, and defect tracking, ensuring applications' functionality, performance, and reliability before deployment. With deep knowledge of various applications, databases, and operating systems, they maintain high standards of product excellence and user satisfaction. 

Responsibilities:

  • Select the appropriate testing approach.
  • Develop and execute test plans and test cases.
  • Collaborate with all parties involved in product, system, or service design and development to enable comprehensive test coverage.
  • Identify improvements in requirements, design, or specification processes to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of testing.
  • Analyze and report on test activities, results, issues, and risks, including the work of others.
  • Be proficient in software testing.
  • Be familiar with test management techniques.
  • Facilitate knowledge-sharing sessions and training workshops to transfer expertise and best practices within the testing team and across the organization.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience as a Manual Tester.
  • API testing experience with Postman, Bruno, or other tools.
  • Excellent understanding of testing principles, methods, and processes.
  • Strong knowledge of manual testing methods & frameworks, preferably in a web, mobile, and backend environment, with a proven track record of success in this area.
  • Familiarity with test case management and bug tracking tools such as Jira, TestRail, xRay, Azure DevOps Server, Rally, Zephyr, etc.
  • Proficient in collecting test metrics, analyzing test execution results, and creating comprehensive automation summary reports.
  • Experience in designing and implementing Test Strategy, Test Plans, and Test Approaches.
  • Expertise in functional, integration, smoke, and stress testing.
  • Experience in testing web services.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and objectives without constant supervision.
  • Desirable: ISTQB Certification or other relevant certifications.
