Job Description
We are seeking a full-time Senior Managing Counsel to join our team. You will be an integral part of a dynamic team in a successful global, publicly traded cybersecurity company. You will play a key role in our Technology & Privacy legal team, while collaborating with other members of the legal team, and report to CyberArk’s Senior Director of Legal, Technology & Privacy.
- Manage the team responsible for providing legal advice and support to the IT and Finance departments and other procurement stakeholders across the business.
- Optimize legal policies and procedures regarding procurement operations, including the overall corporate procurement initiative.
- Overall client relationship manager for key procurement stakeholders.
- Lead the legal support of the company-wide Productivity AI strategy.
- Negotiate various commercial agreements with a wide range of vendors and service providers.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience practicing commercial/technology law including experience in a global technology company.
- At least 5 years of experience in an in-house legal department.
- In-depth knowledge of legal requirements for complex contract negotiation, with an emphasis on technology, including contract negotiation, vendor management and risk mitigation.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment, implement strategies and processes to optimize procurement operations, collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders and drive alignment across departments, while managing and developing team members for continuous improvement and legal excellence.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative, critical and pragmatic thinking – strong interpersonal skills and ability to think strategically and establish a “trusted advisor” relationship with clients.
- Consistent delivery on commitments – great organizational skills, attention to detail, resourcefulness, and a results-driven approach.

The salary range for this position is $200,000 - $240,000/year, plus commissions or discretionary bonus, which will be based on the employee’s performance. Base pay may also vary considerably depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The compensation package includes a wide range of medical, dental, vision, financial, and other benefits.
