We are looking for a Senior Account Executive to join our Sales and Solutions team, focused on driving growth and managing key accounts in the Life Sciences and Pharma sector.
About You
Experience Level: Senior
The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to drive revenue growth, manage key accounts, and deliver customized digital solutions that address client needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and nurture relationships with key customer stakeholders to drive satisfaction and success at assigned accounts.
- Proficient in large and some SMB accounts management and growth, understand client goals and turn them into clear sales opportunities.
- Bring a proven track record of driving [$] in annual account growth while consistently meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
- Manage forecast accuracy on a monthly/quarterly/annual basis.
- Track industry trends in Life Sciences and bring proactive ideas and solutions to clients.
- Collaborate with teams to deliver solutions that meet client needs and achieve their goals, Utilizing modern tools such as HubSpot, Jira, Trello, Confluence, and Slack, you will streamline our daily operations and enhance productivity.
Qualifications :
- 10+ years of experience generating [$] in sales of service solutions, with a focus on shaping and selling customized offerings.
- Deep expertise in the Life Sciences/Pharma domain, with a proven track record in leading digital transformation initiatives.
- Success in setting and achieving engagement targets, managing budgets, forecasting, and leading professional consultants to win business and meet financial goals.
- 3 days per week onsite at client offices in NYC, Collegeville, PA, or Boston, with occasional travel to other non-local offices.
- Proven experience leading sales pursuits from opportunity identification through to closure, including negotiation and contract finalization.
- Strong background in consulting .
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to quickly build trust and rapport with stakeholders at all levels, including C-suite executives.
- Strong process orientation and the ability to work effectively with virtual teams across multiple locations.
- Skilled at leading teams in complex technology solution sales, driving collaboration to deliver client-centric outcomes.
- Demonstrated passion for fostering a culture of learning, collaboration, and continuous improvement within teams.
