The Opportunity:

We are expanding LG’s fast-growing services business by introducing webOS Pay, a comprehensive payment solution enabling LG to expand the ability to transact with our customers across the portfolio of webOS powered platforms.
We are currently seeking our newest innovator to join our dynamic team as a Senior Manager Product, webOS Pay. This candidate will ideally be based in our US Headquarter in Englewood Cliffs, New Jersey.
Responsibilities
- Define the North America specific requirements for webOS Pay and shape the strategic direction and roadmap that achieves our business & revenue goals in North America
- Define and articulate business justification, revenue projections and corresponding product features designed to meet commercial and strategic goals
- Solicit and formalize feedback from Customers and Partners to shape the Product Strategy and Roadmap
- Evaluate and identify strategic partners that will help augment and enable webOS Pay capabilities to accelerate the achievement of our business objectives
- Create Product concepts and presentation material to explain and highlight the value proposition of webOS Pay externally with Partners and internally to drive alignment and buy-in
- Partner with stakeholders and cross-functional teams in Accounting, Product Planning, Engineering, Marketing and Business Development to drive the development of webOS Pay and growth of the service
- Perform competitive and gap analysis to understand market trends, the needs of our targeted market segments and competitive threats
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree including at least 10 years of experience in Program or Product Management
- Demonstrated ability working in or with Fintech payment platforms, billing systems and payment processors
- Experience building consumer financial services and offerings, preferably in online sales, mobile wallets, payments, identity solutions, customer engagement and retention services
- Deep knowledge of payment ecosystems and understanding of payment processing
- Technical Depth and business confidence to identify and articulate the advantages and disadvantages of specific business & accounting models as well as technology choices
- Ability to navigate international cultures, work across time zones and be willing to work with a remotely located development and design team
- Able to travel domestically or internationally when required to meet with stakeholders and delivery teams

$150,000—$200,000 USD
