Description

As a Senior Manager of Training and Quality at Prochant, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the capabilities and effectiveness of our teams through the development and execution of comprehensive training programs. This position is focused on ensuring the highest standards of quality within our operational processes, providing ongoing support and improvement in training methodologies to enhance overall service delivery. You will manage all aspects of training projects, from planning and implementation to reporting and evaluation, ensuring alignment with Prochant’s strategic goals.

Your responsibilities will include collaborating with various stakeholders across departments to design and deliver impactful training solutions, developing training materials and resources, and continuously assessing and enhancing the quality of training content and delivery. You will also lead the implementation of quality assurance processes, identify areas for improvement, and ensure compliance with best practices and regulatory requirements.


Responsibilities:


  • Develop and Implement Training Programs: Design comprehensive training programs for new hires and existing employees, ensuring alignment with company objectives and industry standards.
  • Oversee Quality Assurance: Establish and monitor quality standards, procedures, and metrics to ensure consistent delivery of high-performance results.
  • Conduct Training Sessions: Facilitate training workshops and sessions, both in-person and virtual, to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Evaluate Training Effectiveness: Assess the impact of training programs through performance metrics, feedback surveys, and assessments, refining methods as needed.
  • Monitor Team Performance: Conduct audits and reviews to ensure compliance with quality benchmarks and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with Leadership: Work with department heads and stakeholders to align training and quality initiatives with organizational goals.
  • Ensure Compliance: Maintain adherence to legal, regulatory, and company standards, including HIPAA and other relevant guidelines.
  • Standardize Processes: Develop standardized training and quality protocols for global teams, tailoring them to meet regional needs.
  • Report on Outcomes: Provide regular reports to leadership on training effectiveness, quality metrics, and opportunities for process improvement.
  • Lead and Mentor Teams: Supervise and develop a team of trainers and quality specialists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and operational excellence.


Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Education or equivalent experience
  • 7+ years of experience with training and quality assurance, Home Infusion Therapy Revenue Cycle
  • Proven experience in developing and managing training programs in alternate site of care/post-acute care
  • Strong understanding of quality assurance practices and methodologies
  • Exceptional leadership, organizational, and communication skills
  • Ability to analyze data and metrics to inform decision-making and improve training outcomes
  • Proficiency in project management software and training delivery tools
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, cross-functional team environment
  • Willingness to travel as necessary to support training initiatives and quality assessments
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft Office Suite
