Context of the role
Reporting to the Group Chief People Officer you will be responsible for our total rewards strategy and management, globally, across the TransferTo group.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage compensation, benefits, and equity programs aligned with organizational goals and talent strategies
- Conduct job evaluations, oversee salary reviews, bonus planning and maintain global pay scales through market benchmarking
- Monitor enrollment, expense processing, compliance, and resolve escalations, including executive benefits and onboarding
- Administer employee equity schemes with Legal and finance teams to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Manage relationships with brokers, insurers, and vendors while owning global benefits policies and maintaining compliance
- Lead benefits rollout for new offices and ensure competitive offerings across regions
- Conduct cost modeling and analysis for Total Rewards plans, managing the annual compensation and benefits budget
- Stay abreast on legal regulations and industry benchmarks to maintain compliance and competitiveness
Professional Experience
- 7+ years of experience working with compensation & benefits with a specialisation on the benefits side
- Experience working with and managing multiple brokers in a multi region remit
- Experience opening up new countries from a benefit standpoint and working with brokers to get this set up
- Excellent planning, organising, and problem-solving skills with the ability to successfully handle multiple concurrent priorities simultaneously.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in the analysis of a wide range of data.
- Proven ability to think conceptually, problem-solve, and generate practical solutions.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to summarise information concisely and present in written, graphical and/or verbal format in order to convey complex information to all levels of stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving skills, able to define the problem and generate appropriate solutions in a timely manner.
- Strong interpersonal, oral and written communication skills to build strong relationships within and across teams, peers, and business partners.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
