Job Summary:
As a Technical Accounting Manager, you will use your strong skills to drive research and implementation of new accounting policies and procedures. -
The candidate MUST HAVE experience working in BIG4 and must have worked on both US GAAP and IFRS. Specific focus on those used more frequently like ASC 842, ASC 718, ASC 326, ESOP.
- Document, research and resolve technical accounting issues at a global level. Develop, update and maintain accounting policies.
- Support global consolidation in a multi-currency environment including adherence to the relevant USGAAP / SEC disclosure requirements.
- Responsible for compiling and prepration Global Consolidated financial statements including notes.
- Lead and close audit for the areas responsible. - Provide training, resolve problems, create instructions for complex accounting matters.
- Candidate should be highly analytical, a self-starter, results-driven and would thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Skill & Experience Needed:
- 7+ years o f experience in Technical Accounting & Financial Reporting
- CA qualified on or before 2017
