Job Description:
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive HR Tech Transformation roadmap along with Sr. Director HR Tech Transformation to incorporate integrations, process improvements, system enhancements, and change management strategies
- Develop and execute comprehensive user adoption strategies to drive awareness, training, and engagement.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to streamline Workday processes and workflows, eliminating inefficiencies and maximizing value.
- Responsible for leading and driving the adoption of our organization's HR processes and systems through WorkDay for modules such as Time and Absence, HCM, and Recruitment
- Manage change initiatives related to Workday implementations, updates, and upgrades
- This role requires a combination of strong project management skills, deep HR expertise, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Drive parallel implementation of WorkDay tool with a goal to sunset parallel applications that are currently in place
- Work towards data integration and periodic audits to check for accuracy and consistency - Develop and deliver HR training programs to enhance HR knowledge and ensure consistent application of WorkDay
- Develop and implement process improvement initiatives to enhance user experience and productivity.
- Measure and track user satisfaction and adoption rates to identify areas for improvement.
- Serve as the resident expert for all things concerning to WorkDay

WORK AT HOME RESPONSIBILITIES
- Be familiar with and abide to all Sagility general security and Work @ Home security policies and procedures

- Ensure that all security related incidents are reported
- Shall work on the same internet connection that was tested during setup process. If changes are made to the current internet connection or router during the course of application or employment, employee will be required to notify the appropriate parties in advance and retest the connection to ensure the requirements are met.

COMPETENCY REQUIREMENTS:

- Demonstrated learnability of tools and new skills
- Understanding or experience in a HCM tool like Workday will be preferred
