Role Overview
The Senior Manager, Talent Development Technology will lead the execution of the Talent Development technology roadmap and optimize the Docebo Learning Management System (LMS). This role will focus on driving the adoption of innovative tools to enhance the employee learning experience, enable data-driven decision-making, and streamline processes across the organization.
Key Responsibilities1. Technology Roadmap Execution (40%)
- Lead the execution of the Talent Development technology roadmap.
- Research, evaluate, and implement emerging learning technologies, including AI-powered tools and virtual learning innovations.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify learning needs and deliver tailored technology solutions.
- Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and oversee technology adoption and integration.
- Monitor, evaluate, and report on the effectiveness and ROI of new tools and technologies.
2. LMS Strategy & Optimization (30%)
- Oversee the performance, upgrades, and integrations of the Docebo LMS.
- Implement strategies to optimize LMS functionality, user experience, and learning paths.
- Analyze LMS data to identify trends, inform decision-making, and drive continuous improvement.
- Serve as a subject matter expert, collaborating with IT and Talent Development teams to enhance platform performance.
3. Reporting and Analytics (20%)
- Lead the development and delivery of learner analytics and dashboards to measure program effectiveness.
- Provide actionable insights that drive strategic decisions and improvements in learning initiatives.
- Track technology usage, learner engagement, and training outcomes to inform future investments.
4. Mandatory & Compliance Training (10%)
- Serve as the primary point of contact for mandatory and compliance training programs.
- Collaborate with OGC, HR, and IT to ensure compliance training requirements are effectively implemented and reported.
- Maintain mandatory training trackers and produce completion reports to meet regulatory standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Learning & Development, Organizational Development, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
- 8+ years of experience in talent development, learning technologies, or organizational development roles.
- Proven experience managing LMS platforms (e.g., Docebo) and executing technology roadmaps.
- Expertise in implementing and optimizing learning tools, including AI and virtual learning platforms.
- Strong project management skills with experience in vendor management and systems integration.
- Ability to analyze data, generate insights, and communicate outcomes effectively to stakeholders.
- Solid understanding of adult learning theories, instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE), and modern learning trends.
- Certification in learning technologies, coaching, or talent management (e.g., ATD, CPTD) is a plus.
- Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, Agile/Scrum) preferred.
- Experience with data analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) for tracking and reporting learning outcomes.
- Technical certifications (e.g., Docebo Administrator Certification) are a plus.
