What you’ll do:

Talent Acquisition Planning

  • Manage a small team of Talent Acquisition to ensure recruitment is running efficiently and effectively, also to ensure end to end recruitment process are consistently carried out and managed across the globe

  • Act as a contact point for senior management and hiring managers on critical and senior hirings. Be a trusted advisor on hiring requirements, relevant candidate and market information, interview and selection process

  • Develop a strategic vision for sourcing diverse talents in an efficient and timely manner to meet the on-going needs of the business

  • Work with TA team and HRBP to provide real-time information regarding talent competition and industry trends; Also work with Rewards COE Team on salary market data and ratio to provide a more holistic view to benchmark salary range based on market insight and internal references

  • Be a proactive resource for identifying candidate pools for future business initiatives

  • Keep informed of industry best practices and trends in the career space, continually assessing where we can tap into subject matter experts and make improvements

  • Partner effectively with HRBP and business stakeholders to develop talent acquisition strategy and roadmap to hire the right talents 

Talent Acquisition Processes Management

  • Ensure the team is maximizing the applicant tracking system and provide timely and accurate reports and statistics to regional/local senior leadership team including vacancy summary, recruitment status, new joiner and leaver summary, recruitment cost and expenses

  • Manage external recruitment agencies on T&C negotiation, candidates submission procedures, recruitment logistics

  • Continuously review, enhance and implement policies, procedures and processes related to sourcing, recruitment and onboarding as continuous improvement

What you’ll need

  • A Bachelor holder and a minimum 8 years’ experience in Talent Acquisition with experience covering multiple locations in Asia Pacific

  • Passionate about connecting with talents and working people inside and outside of the organization and curious to learn what’s happening around the world

  • Hands on and lead by example. Able to push boundaries and challenge the status quo and maintain standard of excellence

  • Analytically strong and able to connect the dots within the organization, business direction, data, reporting that leads to practical solutions and right decision making

  • Good knowledge in ATS and process excellence is advantageous

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to work.collaboratively across various functions and influence stakeholders in a changing environment. 

  • Agile, flexible and resourceful
