About the role:

We're seeking an exceptional Strategy & Operations Senior Manager to drive the launch and optimization of new product lines and business conditions. Acting as a "mini-General Manager," you'll own end-to-end strategic initiatives while working cross-functionally to ensure successful execution and sustainable growth.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable with ambiguity and have the ability to thrive in fast-paced environments where they’re asked to wear different hats. You’re a strategic thinker who is able to break down complex problems, identify opportunities and make data-driven decisions. This role offers significant visibility to senior leadership and the opportunity to directly impact company growth through new launches and operational improvements. The successful candidate will gain valuable experience in general management and be well-positioned for future leadership roles within the organization. 

This position requires working out of our NYC office 3x/week.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the strategic planning and execution of new condition and product line launches, including market analysis, business case development, and go-to-market strategy
• Partner with cross-functional teams (Product, Marketing, Clinical, Operations) to align priorities and drive successful implementation of strategic initiatives
• Develop and maintain financial models and KPI dashboards to track business performance and identify optimization opportunities
• Synthesize complex data and insights into clear, actionable recommendations for senior leadership
• Design and implement operational processes to scale new business ventures efficiently
• Identify market opportunities and potential risks, utilizing strategic frameworks to guide decision-making
• Manage project timelines, resources, and stakeholder communication across multiple workstreams

About you:

• MBA
• 3-5 years of experience in strategy consulting, business operations, or similar roles
• Exceptional analytical and quantitative skills with strong proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools
• Proven track record of leading cross-functional initiatives and influencing without direct authority
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with experience presenting to executive audiences
• Strong project management skills with ability to prioritize and manage multiple workstreams
• Experience applying strategic frameworks to solve complex business problems
