Senior Manager of Strategy and Insights

[solidcore] is looking for a Senior Manager of Strategy and Insights to work closely with cross-functional teams to develop insights with actionable recommendations for our executive team. Our ideal candidate will have excellent analytical skills, project management skills, and experience leading cross functional teams. They will also share a love of fitness, community, and being part of a collaborative team.

Located in the vibrant Arlington, Virginia and reporting to the Vice President of Strategy & Insights, this is an exciting opportunity to join a rapidly growing, investor-backed organization with a desire to be the leader in the studio fitness space.

Responsibilites:

• Use qualitative and quantitative data to assess the effectiveness of current strategies and recommend improvements
• Conduct hypothesis-driven data analysis to uncover trends and opportunities and synthesize key recommendations for multiple stakeholders
• Analyze and interpret consumer research to uncover insights that will inform growth strategy, innovation, and operational improvements
• Help develop and execute [solidcore]’s long-term strategic plan, acting as a thought partner to Executive Team in developing both short-term and long-term strategies
• Partner with cross-functional teams to project manage strategic priorities

What skills and experience you'll bring to us:

• Ability to breakdown complex problems using quantitative and qualitative analysis
• Ability to communicate effectively, synthesizing and explaining complex problems to executives and other key stakeholders
• Experience conducting, interpreting and synthesizing consumer research
• Quantitative background and advanced proficiency in Tableau, Microsoft Excel, & PowerPoint skills

Requirements and Qualifications:

• 5+ years in management consulting or corporate strategy
• Ability to thrive in a fast paced, entrepreneurial environment
• The 3 C’s: Collaborative, Communicative and Consistent
• Ability to function in a player/coach role
