About the Role:

We are looking for a strategic and innovative Senior Manager of Social Media to lead and elevate Tommy Hilfiger and Tommy Jeans' global social presence. This individual will drive the development and execution of social media strategies for always-on content and integrated marketing campaigns, partnering cross-functionally with teams across our Global and Regional Marketing Teams. 

The ideal candidate brings experience in a global role and a deep understanding of social best practices and platform dynamics, overseeing compelling content and social analytics. They have experience in team management and in fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and performance.

What you'll do:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies across Tommy Hilfiger and Tommy Jeans channels, balancing brand storytelling with performance-driven tactics.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including PR, Entertainment & Influencer Marketing, Events, Brand & more, to ensure alignment and amplify key brand moments.

  • Leverage analytics tools (e.g., Sprinklr) to gather insights, track performance, and inform strategic decisions, delivering regular reporting and insights back to the business.

  • Manage, mentor, and develop a team of Social Media Coordinators and Specialists, ensuring growth opportunities and fostering a high-performance team culture.

  • Stay up-to-date on social media trends, platform updates, and best practices across key channels (Meta, YouTube, TikTok, etc.), bringing innovative ideas to the table.

  • Act as a social media advocate and educator within the wider business, presenting strategies, insights, and the impact of social media to senior stakeholders.

  • Partnering with Creative and Production teams to brief and deliver best-in-class social content tailored to platform nuances and audience behaviors.

What you'll bring:

  • 7-8 years of experience in social media or content strategy, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.

  • Proven track record of developing successful global social media strategies, ideally within the fashion or lifestyle sectors.

  • Experience with social media analytics tools (Sprinklr preferred) and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing and growing a team.

  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to influence and inspire stakeholders at all levels.

  • Deep understanding of platform-specific content strategies for Meta, YouTube, TikTok, and emerging channels.

  • Passion for fashion, culture, and digital innovation, with a finger on the pulse of evolving consumer behaviors.
