Job Description
We are currently looking for a Senior Manager, Sales Channel to join our growing team! In this role, you will directly impact Brightspeed’s ability to expand its market share and increase revenue through effective management of partners and strategic sales initiatives. By managing performance and implementing new strategies, you will contribute to achieving key business objectives and driving overall program success. You will enhance Brightspeed’s market differentiation by providing an exceptional end-to-end customer experience and addressing customer needs proactively.
As Senior Manager, Sales Channel, your duties and responsibilities will include:
- New Partner Integration: Launch and onboard new partners and locations as needed
- Direct Vendor Management: Oversee and manage relationships with Master Agent partners ensuring performance meets various program (including MDU) sales goals and objectives
- Direct Internal D2D Management: Oversee and manage internal Door to Door team ensuring performance meets program sales goals and objectives
- Performance Oversight: Monitor and drive key metrics including costs, sales, activations, churn, upgrades, handle time, and quality
- Sales Strategy Development: Collaborate with senior leadership to build and implement a comprehensive sales strategy aimed at growing Brightspeed’s market share within the Mass Markets Channel
- Ethical Compliance: Ensure that all sales processes are ethical and compliant, and that feedback is communicated to accelerate program results
- Marketing Collaboration: Work with marketing leadership to align on product/pricing/offer feedback and optimize partner performance.
- Community Engagement: Actively participate in community activities to enhance Brightspeed’s brand and market presence
- Contract Management: Oversee the implementation of new contract structures, ensuring proper execution and placement of marketing materials
Qualifications
WHAT IT TAKES TO CATCH OUR EYE:
- 6+ years of relevant experience, particularly in managing Door to Door and/or National Partners, and a proven track record of successful sales management
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data and insights to drive decisions and strategies
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including experience with product demonstrations and executive selling
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, stay motivated, and make informed decisions with long-term implications in mind
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (email, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and other relevant tools for reporting and performance management
- Willingness to travel as needed for vendor and performance management
