About the Role

At Dandy, our GTM Teammates have the opportunity to bring a world-class, revolutionary product into the hands of hundreds of thousands of dentists nationwide. Our post-sales team is focused on increasing revenue, preventing churn, and delighting our customers. The Sales Operations arm of our Revenue Operations org serves as a strategic partner to our sales leadership team and plays a crucial role in supporting and advancing their mission.

Dandy is hiring for a Post-Sales Strategy and Operations Manager to continue building and executing a world-class strategy and operations function for a growing post-sales team. This role will play a critical part in the Commercial team growth and success as Dandy expands and invests in improved customer retention and expansion strategies. This role will partner with Revenue, Enablement, and Account Management Leadership to identify key areas of improvement to drive efficiency and productivity within the Commercial organization, lead initiatives to develop and launch new strategies, and track ongoing results.

What You'll Do

  • Identify and lead strategic initiatives to directly impact revenue growth and customer retention

  • Collaborate with Revenue Operations leadership to develop and implement best in class business processes to drive efficiency and optimization

  • Work cross-functionally to identify potential revenue leakage risks and implement scalable and impactful solutions

  • Analyze data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement of growth and retention metrics

  • Work with Business Systems to align and optimize tech stack and process to drive results and improved user experience

  • Lead weekly revenue health meetings with commercial leadership to guide team strategic decision making

  • Develop, manage, and process variable compensation plans for Account Management teams to drive optimal performance

  • Maintain and analyze key reports on Account Management and commercial team performance

  • Own account assignment across Account Management team and maintain Salesforce database alignment for optimal efficiency and scalability

  • Oversee ad hoc data and reporting requests related to account management

  • Report on regular progress/status to key stakeholders

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree (preferred)

  • 7+ years experience in Revenue Operations, Post-Sales Operations, or relevant general business operations

  • Experience in high growth startups highly preferred

  • Strong time management and organizational skills along with an ability to think strategically

  • Comfort with Excel and Data analysis

  • Familiarity with Looker highly preferred

  • Experience with Salesforce preferred

  • Demonstrated ability to establish and manage project priorities and timelines to achieve results

  • Ability to adjust to changing priorities and handle multiple projects at once

Compensation Range: $165K - $175K
