Role & Responsibilities:
- Review/revise and provide legal opinion on the products, application form, endorsement form and the relevant documents.
- Provide legal issues and recommend legal opinions to comply with laws & regulations, including company rules.
- Draft and review contracts /agreements and any other legal documents
- Contact and draft the letter to consult the regulators with legal issues.
- Knowledge sharing with other departments to enrich their understanding of legal matters pertaining to their day-to-day roles and responsibilities.
- Participate with other Bus in the meetings as assigned to provide legal opinions and solutions.
- Handle legal complaint and litigation no less than 5 years (criminal case, civil case, bankruptcy case, labor case, etc.)
- To make the power of attorney (POAs) supporting the company.
- To make the reports to support team.
- To be the legal admin coordinator.
Qualification:
- Bachelor of Law
- Have Attorney-at-Law License
- Good command in English
- Use computer well (Microsoft Office, word, excel, power point, AS400, Outlook)
- Flexibility and ability to work under pressure
- Fast learner & being an active team player
- High degree of reliability and prosses utmost integrity
- Good organization and time management skill
