Position Summary

We’re looking for a Senior Manager, Product Development responsible for inspiring and catalyzing the improvement of best practices within Software Solutions ensuring that they are mastered effectively. They act as a privileged point of contact on complex subjects and take on an educational role so that their team can reach discipline excellence and deliver competitive solutions within a multidisciplinary environment. They are the guardians of an engineering discipline excellence in a learning environment which contribute to highly competitive realizations (Quality, Attractiveness, Cost, Lead time). 

Key Areas of Responsibility

  • Lead a software development team in an Agile environment.

  • Act as a product owner for Agile teams.

  • Working with Product Management and other stakeholder to define projects and manage team backlogs.

  • Mentor and professional growth for the team members.

Minimum Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of experience as a manager or at least 4 years of experience as a team leader of 5+ engineers

  • At least 8 years of experience as a hands-on software developer.

  • Experience with Agile development methodologies.

The anticipated TTC range for this role is CAD $115,000 - 172,000 Annual. The Company reserves the right to ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and offer additional benefits and other compensation, depending on circumstances not related to an applicant’s status protected by local, state, or federal law.
